Facilities & Services

We currently offer an array of leasing options at Rancho Pacifica. The entire 100 horse capacity is available for lease. Another option is to lease by section such as a 20 stall mare motel. Covered wash racks, tackrooms, office and on site restrooms are just some of the included amenities. Please call for more information.

Rancho Pacifica caters to the pampered equine and the quality of our facility and ongoing maintenance proves our love for equines. (See our Contact Us page for business hours).

Our facilities and services include the following:

(1) 150' x 300' lighted/irrigated sand arena with a full set of PVC hunter/jumper course	3-20-stall fully-covered mare motels with 12'x24' paddocks with new 6' high double welded wire dividers
(1) 120' x 100' lighted/irrigated sand arena for lesson/ working/ turnout	20-stall “U-Line” custom MD Barn, some with attached 24' paddocks (2 stalls are 12'x16')
(1) 108' x 144' sand arena for turnout/ lesson/ working	Automatic cooling misters, automatic fly systems, box fans in barn, and waterers
(1) 20m x 60m regulation size dressage court with full letters/flowers boxes	Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, tranquil mountain ambience with miles of trails
(2) Two 60' round pens (Priefert 6 rail and standard 5 rail), both irrigated	Shaded patio seating areas, benches, fountains, picnic tables and family areas
1/4 mile gallop trail path around arenas (great for cool downs)	Office, private and community tack rooms, and changing/restrooms
Sand open track/area for reining, driving, or working outside the arenas	Owner lives on premises, 24/7 security gated, and fully fenced, 7 days/week access
All arenas have excellent footing. Arenas are auto irrigated and dragged	Offsite manure removal/fly control systems
(5) 1 acre common grassy Bermuda mix pastures for turnouts, mares and foals, and retirees	(8) 48 x 48 grassy turnouts for daily sunshine and relaxation of your horses's mind
Trailer parking (2-horse to 8-horse gooseneck and living quarters) Fees may apply	Easy access with many miles of beautiful endless riding trails
